Reed College is a private liberal arts college located in Portland, Oregon. Some say the motto of the school is "Communism, Atheism, Free Love". Student life at Reed College is unique and diverse, with a focus on promoting student success and well-being, and fostering an inclusive community.


Reed College is a community dedicated to serious and open intellectual inquiry, one in which students, faculty, and staff can fully participate, regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, socio-economic status, or disabilities. The faculty are known to be helpful and supportive, and really encourage students to engage with the coursework
